A midday reset and perfect entry level class for beginners.

Make this class part of your regular routine to help you find spaciousness and ease amidst even the most jam-packed schedule.

It's also a wonderful way to break away from screen time and work and be more present. To breathe out tension and become a little more spacious in your body, breath and mind.

Expecting nourishing gentle mindfulness through movement.

Please try and arrive at least 5 mins before class starts so we can settle into our space and start on time.
