We are so lucky to be able to join this wonderful practice with Julia who loves to bring the beautiful sound of the harp to a new audience who can benefit so much from its rich resonance and soothing sound.
A relaxation session designed to help you rest the body and calm the mind through gentle harp and speech.
Based on 'Harp Therapy & Guided Imagery, Ludwig Conistabile method that combines the vibrational and resonating power of the harp with GIM techniques.
Online mind painting sessions offer the chance to completely relax, to escape and to feel a deep sense of calm.
Headphones are highly recommended but not essential. A comfy place to sit or lie to enjoy it IS essential.
Mind painting sessions are a wonderful preventative treatment to help keep a healthy and relaxed mind. They are not intended as a therapy or cure for those experiencing serious mental health problems and are not recommended is this situation.
Please arrive at least 5-10mins before the start time so you can get settle and we can begin on time.
