I invite you join me from the comfort of your home on Tuesdays for an unwinding flow. Use this nourishing yoga practice to slowly releasing any busyness and tension from your day.
Taking time to breathe out and slow down at the end of the day encourages the body to rebalance and restore. It also promotes good sleep which is vital for our health and wellbeing.
Roll out your mat, create a zen den, switch off your phone, so you can fully tune out to tune into you and use this practice to slowly release the busyness and tension from your day.

For this practice you will need: A yoga mat, x2 bricks and a bolster.
