Gratitude Meditation * Gentle Flow * Pranayama * Light Energy Cards *
To celebrate world mental health day... We will be focusing on a practice of gratitude. A grateful heart and being content with life’s blessings helps us find peace and happiness within.
This class will have an emphasis on removing stress and tension from the body and shifting into a more present and spaciousness being. Using breath work (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and gentle movement to leave the body feeling more buoyant and free.
