A deeply nourishing vinyasa flow designed to help you breathe out the week and open space for the weekend ahead.
This practice encourages mindful movement and embodied connection as you gently stretch your body, soothe your joints, and unblock trapped energy. With a slower pace and more time in each asana, it’s a perfect way to reconnect body and mind, inviting balance, peace, and spaciousness.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a softer flow, this class offers a beautiful opportunity to move with intention and presence.
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can settle into our space and start on time.
