Guided with clear cues, the practice encourages continuous movement and mindful transitions, allowing you to build strength, increase stamina, and detoxify the fatigue from your week—all while cultivating a positive mindset and fresh energy for the days ahead.
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can settle into our space and start on time.
