Saturday Morning Open Flow
Ease into your weekend with a beautiful, welcoming flow designed for all levels. This class offers a creative sequence of movement and breath that supports a wide range of students—whether you're newer to the practice or a seasoned yogi looking to move with intention.

We’ll explore accessible transitions, mindful pacing, and optional challenges, giving you space to listen to your body and make the practice your own. You'll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to embrace the day with clarity and lightness.

Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can settle into our space and start on time.
