We’ll move mindfully through each asana, spending more time in each posture to allow for deeper stretching, joint relief, and the unblocking of stagnant energy. You’ll be guided with clear, gentle cues—making space for inner awareness and easeful movement.
The class closes with restorative poses using bolsters and props, giving your body the chance to fully release and melt into deep relaxation.
