One of my all-time favorite classes to teach!

Experience a beautiful balance of energizing movement and deep relaxation. We’ll begin with a gentle, sequenced flow that gradually warms the body, builds heat, and activates your energy—boosting circulation and awakening your senses.

Then, we’ll transition mindfully into a calming restorative and yin-inspired warm-down, using seated and lying postures to ease tension and support muscle healing. This soothing finish gently melts away stress, helping you float peacefully into a restful evening.

Please bring a bolster or reserve one with me to fully enjoy the restorative portion of the practice.
