Step into the stillness of Good Friday with this extended, deeply nourishing practice… a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with a gentle, mindful flow to release the week from the body, easing tension, opening the joints, and creating space through breath-led movement. The pace will be unhurried, with time to settle into each posture and truly arrive in your body.
From here, you’ll be guided into rest… where the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls will wash over you, inviting the nervous system to soften and the mind to quiet.
This is a practice of both movement and deep receiving.
A chance to pause, reflect, and reset as you move into the Easter weekend.
Open to all levels, this special class offers a beautiful balance of flow, stillness, and sound.
