Ease into your weekend with this extended, deeply nourishing practice… a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with a gentle, mindful flow to release tension from the body, opening the joints and creating space through breath-led movement. The pace will be unhurried, allowing time to settle into each posture and truly arrive in your body.
From here, you’ll be guided into rest… where the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls will wash over you, inviting the nervous system to soften and the mind to quiet.
This is a practice of both movement and deep receiving.
A moment to pause, replenish, and simply be.
Open to all levels, this special class offers a beautiful balance of flow, stillness, and sound.
