Saturday Morning Open Flow
A stronger, breath-led yoga class for those who enjoy flowing movement, mindful challenge and a little fire in the body.
Expect creative sequencing, strength-building transitions, balance work, mobility, and moments to pause, feel and reconnect. This class is designed to uplift your energy, build confidence, and leave you feeling spacious, steady and alive.
Best suited to those with some yoga experience who are comfortable moving through vinyasa-style practice.
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can settle into our space and start on time.
