Give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and truly arrive in the present moment. This Sunday evening class is an invitation to rest deeply, rebalance your energy, and prepare your body and mind for a nourishing night’s sleep.
This session takes place under the glow of the Full Cold Moon, a moment in the year that invites release, trust, and a quiet clearing of space. As the year folds gently toward its close, this moon encourages us to let go of what feels heavy and soften into what feels true. Our practice will honour that energy — spacious, reflective, and soothing.
Through a sequence of beautifully grounded postures, supported by bolsters and props, your body will be encouraged to release, your muscles to let go, and your breath to guide you into the honest simplicity of now. These practices help the nervous system settle and create room for the kind of calm that only arrives when we surrender.
From the comfort of your own home, you’re invited to create a cozy sanctuary: dim the lights, breathe in your favourite essential oil, and let yourself fully relax.
To make the most of your experience, please have:
A bolster
A blanket
2 blocks
A belt
Optional but extra nourishing: an eye pillow and a few extra cushions.
This is an online class — please book in advance. Before we begin, you’ll receive an email with tips on creating your own “zen den” at home.
