This Slow Flow class is a gentle, mindful way to ease into Saturday and breathe out the week. Movement is slow and nourishing, guided by the rhythm of the breath and an invitation to listen inwards.
Expect a steady, grounding flow that supports strength, mobility and ease, with time to pause, soften and reconnect. Becky will guide you back into your body, helping you release tension and arrive fully in the present moment.
