An invitation to step out of the busy mind and into the heart cave… a steady, grounded space within, where breath, rhythm and intuition begin to guide.
This is a space to gather… simply as women… to move, breathe and reconnect. Not a formal circle, but a shared space to practice, to meet yourself just as you are… in your strength, your softness, and everything in between.
We begin with an embodied flow, moving with the breath to awaken the body, build gentle warmth, and soften the edges of the day. This isn’t about striving, but about listening… allowing your body to guide the way.
From here, we transition into restorative stillness, where the body is fully supported and invited to deeply unwind. As you rest, the practice gently becomes a drumming meditation journey… guiding you inward, into the heart cave… where the rhythm of the drum can quiet the mind and reconnect you to your own natural pulse.
We’ll close with a moment of optional sharing, a chance to gently land and integrate, or simply listen.
