This one is about earthing and grounding… reconnecting to the body, the breath and the steady intelligence of the natural world. A chance to slow down, regulate the nervous system and draw fresh vitality from the earth beneath you.
We begin with an embodied flow, moving with the breath to awaken the body, build gentle warmth and create a feeling of rootedness from the ground up. Like roots spreading through soil, the practice invites steadiness, softness and space. This isn’t about pushing or striving, but listening… allowing the body to move in conversation with breath, sensation and intuition.
From here, we slowly transition into restorative stillness, where the body is fully supported and invited to deeply rest. As you settle, the space gently becomes a sound meditation journey guided by the steady heartbeat of the drum… echoing the rhythms of the earth, like distant thunder, ancient footsteps, or the pulse beneath the soil. The vibrations invite the nervous system to soften, the mind to quieten, and the body to remember its connection to the natural world.
We’ll close with a Mother Nature’s Whisper card pull and a moment of optional sharing… a chance to gently land, reflect and integrate, or simply rest in the collective exhale.
