Description

This practice is a fusion of Yin with a little bit of Yang. An overall a more grounded and mindful yoga practice that weaves yang movement in amongst a classic yin yoga practice. A great class to work deeper into the body and unravel layers of held tension, working past the muscles and taps into connective tissues and facial networks. Some short moments of gentle yang movement in between stimulates the flow of energy, replenishing body and mind.
