A class to de-stress and unwind. This class transitions you through a number of beautifully grounded postures with the use of props and bolsters to support the body and encourage the muscles to let go and relax. Bringing awareness and focus on to the breath and releasing you from the physical symptoms of stress within the body. So that you become buoyant and free… Please bring a bolster, a blanket and/or reserve one. (Please pre-book to confirm your place)
