As this will be an 'In Person' class, expect a playful and uplifting practice for the 1st first part. This will be our yang; raising our heartbeat and working towards peak postures including, dancers pose and warrior 3 variations. Before we retreat into restful contemplative postures on the ground. Giving our bodies, minds and souls a chance to return to a balanced and peaceful state of being.
