You will be led through delicious gentle movement into a restorative sequence, which will create space in the body by using long holds and lots of stillness. Allowing you to fully tune into you body and feel the benefits of yoga postures for a more calming way to float into a restful evening. Please bring a bolster as it is essential for this practice.
