The Yoga Nidra will be shaped like bedtime stories to quieten your incessant mental chatter and disperse suppressed emotions from the day that keep you awake at night. Yoga Nidra can help by getting you off to sleep in the first place by learning to consciously relax the body. We naturally wake in the night, and this course reframes these waking times as an awareness of the shallow sleep cycles, and gives you the tools to return back to sleep.
