Description

An ‘Open Flow’ class to include a variety of sequenced postures slowly warming the body and working up to a peak to activate your energy flow and increasing circulation. Before slowly coming back down to the more grounding and still postures allowing time for you to stretch into your body, soothe your joints and unblock trapped energy.

Mindfulness and positive affirmations weaved throughout the class.

Please try and arrive 5-10 mins before class starts so we a settled and ready to start on time.
