This class is great if you a looking for a slower/ deeper practice and a great entry point for 1st time yogis!

Expect a warm welcome and a freeing experience where you are guided with gentle kindness to find a place to rest, relax and reconnect with your inner guide and creativity.

Moon Circles have become a modern way to experience the moon's cycles with intention and clarity. During this womens group setting supporting one another in the empowerment of intention, we will harness the energy of the full moon to plant the seeds of intention through the restful and healing practice of Yoga Nidra.

A midday reset and perfect entry level class for beginners.

Make this class part of your regular routine to help you find spaciousness and ease amidst even the most jam-packed schedule.

It's also a wonderful way to break away from screen time and work and be more present. To breathe out tension and become a little more spacious in your body, breath and mind.

“Wether you’re completely new to yoga or have a regular practice, 1-2-1 tuition can help you unstick where you might feel stuck, find good space and healthy movement to enhance you’re wellbeing”.

The sessions could involve focusing on the breakdown of postures, concentrating on the meditation/ mindful aspect and/ or guiding you deeper into your yoga practice.
Alternatively your 1-2-1 can be designed around releasing tension and stress or working with an injury.

A great way to start the weekend! The class journey will freely flow across a blend of dynamic uplifting postures, gently waking up the body and breath. Use the class to detox from the weeks fatigue and to reset to a positive mindset and fresh energy for the weekend ahead.
