Born and Raise From the Island of Mindanao Philippines. Started my Yoga Journey and Practice Year 2009. Prior to that, been Practicing other forms of eastern healing modalities since 2004.
Description
ONLINE INTRODUCTION TO Hoop Flow Dance and Restorative Yoga.
First 1 hour we will practice few basic Hoop movements to bring flow, flexibility, circulation, creativity, spatial awareness.
The next 1 hour we will practice Restorative Yoga to bring in passive stretch, deep relaxation and guided meditation with sound therapy.
Additional:
-Guided self massage (Marma Points, and EFT)
- Hand outs of the topics ( Intro to Hoop Dance and Flow, Restorative Yoga , Marma Points and EFT)
- 1 free trial online yoga session
