Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.

Outdoor Yoga at Stirk Park Sound Shell
Come breathe, move, and connect under the trees & open sky.
Join me for a gentle, grounding Hatha Yoga practice surrounded by the beauty of nature. This class is suitable for all levels — especially beginners — with plenty of options to make each pose feel right for your body.
No pressure. No performance. Just real people, moving and breathing together.
These community classes run on a pay-what-you-can basis to help keep yoga accessible for everyone. Your contributions support the space and allow others in our community to benefit too — thank you for giving what you can.
