Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.
Description
General hatha yoga is a foundational style of yoga that uses physical postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) to unite the body, mind, and spirit.
A steady-paced class with a mix of flowing movement, still postures, and breathwork. Builds strength, flexibility, and awareness. Suitable for healthy beginners through to experienced students.
