Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.
Description
Experience a slow-paced, mindful practice designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Focused on foundational postures and moving with the breath, these classes prioritize comfort and ease, allowing you to release tension and quiet the mind.
This practice is ideal for beginners, those managing injury or stiffness, or anyone simply seeking a softer approach to wellbeing. By focusing on functional movement and steady breathing, you will gently build flexibility and leave the mat feeling grounded and recharged. No prior yoga experience is required—this is a welcoming space where you are encouraged to move at your own natural pace and listen to your body’s needs.
