Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.

Description

Hatha Flow is a steady, mindful yoga practice that blends traditional Hatha postures with gentle, breath-led movement. Poses are linked together in a calm, flowing sequence, with time to pause, explore alignment, and truly feel the benefits of each posture.

This class offers a balanced approach to strength, flexibility, and mobility without rushing or intensity. Movement is guided by the breath, helping to calm the nervous system while building confidence and body awareness.

Hatha Flow is ideal for healthy beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone who prefers a slower, more grounded alternative to faster-paced Vinyasa classes. Options and props are offered throughout, allowing you to move safely and comfortably while honouring your body on the day.

A supportive practice to leave you feeling centred, steady, and refreshed—both physically and mentally.
