Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Description

A steady-paced class with a mix of movement, still postures, and breathwork. Builds strength, stability, flexibility, and awareness. Suitable for healthy beginners through to experienced students. Expect to move with awareness and breathe, find stability in body and mind as well as working on balance postures, mobility and strength.
