What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.
