Sally Flintoff
Sally has been practising yoga for decades and has maintained a consistent personal practice for over 10 years. She is a highly experienced teacher with comprehensive training across Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and breathwork. Her teaching is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply informed by yoga philosophy, anatomy, and nervous system awareness. With experience teaching both in-studio and online, as well as guiding retreats and breathwork journeys, she creates calm, supportive spaces where students feel safe to explore their practice at their own pace. Her approach to yoga and life is heart-led, practical, and deeply nourishing.

Gentle Hatha Yoga focuses on creating balance between effort and ease, strength and softness, movement and stillness.
Postures are practised slowly and mindfully with attention to breath awareness (pranayama), safe alignment, and joint protection, with options provided. This class is especially suitable for beginners, during pregnancy, mature-aged students, those recovering from injury or illness, people with arthritis or joint stiffness, and anyone seeking nervous system support, calm, and a steady, accessible practice.
