Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.

A balanced, challenging and steady practice that combines mindful movement, breath, and awareness. Each class explores a blend of postures to build strength, stability, and flexibility while calming the mind and restoring energy.

Classes are thoughtfully guided with options and variations offered, so you can practice in a way that feels supportive for your body on the day. You’ll be encouraged to move with awareness, honour your energy, and find your own steady rhythm.
