Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Whether you're seeking balance, rebuilding strength, or simply carving out time to breathe, I’m here to guide you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and grounded.
Description
Hatha Foundations class is designed for both new and experienced students who’d like to deepen their practice. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, building strong foundations through mindful alignment, body awareness, and breath-led movement. Each class offers time to refine familiar postures, explore transitions with care, and develop confidence on the mat. Expect a steady, supportive practice that encourages presence, curiosity, and a deeper connection to your own body and breath. Suitable for all bodies and levels, with options offered throughout.
