Hi I'm Bronika, Studio Owner/ Yoga Teacher most people call me Bron. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, helping me stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. That experience led me to deepen my practice through teacher training, where I realised there was a need for a more practical, down-to-earth approach to yoga. I teach Classical Hatha with a focus on stability and clarity. My classes provide a solid foundation for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner, returning to movement after an injury, or an experienced student looking for a steady, intentional practice to build physical confidence. I don’t believe yoga needs to be complicated or performative to be effective. Instead, I focus on the essentials: mindful movement and the breath. I provide options for every one in each class, ensuring everyone get’s something out of a yoga class. My focus is on helping you build flexibility and strength at a pace that makes sense for you. I invite you to join me at Citta Flow in Kalamunda. It’s a welcoming, local space where you can focus on your wellbeing and leave feeling physically stronger, mentally clearer, and more at ease.

A small, supportive 4-week yoga program designed to help you move with greater comfort, ease, and confidence in your everyday life.
This series focuses on gentle, practical movement to support the health of your back, hips, and spine. Each week is carefully structured to help you reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and build safer movement patterns for daily activities such as bending, twisting, lifting, and walking.
This is not about pushing or forcing the body—it’s about learning how to move in a way that feels more supported, coordinated, and sustainable.

What this series focuses on:
Supporting lower back comfort and ease
Improving coordination between hips and spine
Safer ways to bend, twist, and move through daily life
Reducing strain and tension in common movement patterns
Building confidence in how your body moves day to day

Each session offers clear guidance with options to suit different levels of comfort and ability, including chair, wall, and mat-based variations where helpful.

This series is especially helpful if you:
Experience lower back discomfort or stiffness
Have reduced mobility or feel “tight” in your body
Are managing disc-related concerns or chronic tension
Want to move more confidently in daily activities
Prefer a slower, more supportive approach to movement
No previous yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to move gently and explore better ways of supporting your body.

This 4-week series also forms part of a progressive pathway into our ongoing gentle morning classes, designed to support long-term mobility, strength, and ease.
