Hi I'm Bronika, Studio Owner/ Yoga Teacher most people call me Bron. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, helping me stay grounded through life’s ups and downs. That experience led me to deepen my practice through teacher training, where I realised there was a need for a more practical, down-to-earth approach to yoga.
I teach Classical Hatha with a focus on stability and clarity. My classes provide a solid foundation for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner, returning to movement after an injury, or an experienced student looking for a steady, intentional practice to build physical confidence.
I don’t believe yoga needs to be complicated or performative to be effective. Instead, I focus on the essentials: mindful movement and the breath. I provide options for every one in each class, ensuring everyone get’s something out of a yoga class. My focus is on helping you build flexibility and strength at a pace that makes sense for you.

This gentle, supportive yoga class at Citta Flow is designed specifically for older adults who want to maintain mobility, improve balance, and keep living life with confidence and independence.
Each class focuses on:
Improving balance and stability
Building gentle, functional strength
Increasing mobility in hips, spine and joints
Supporting posture, breathing and circulation
Reducing everyday stiffness and tension
No flexibility or prior yoga experience is needed. Everything is guided slowly and clearly, with options so you can move in a way that feels safe and right for your body.

Prefer chair support
Are returning to movement after time away
Are managing stiffness, tightness or reduced mobility
Simply want a calm, welcoming way to stay active
This is not about pushing the body harder — it’s about moving better so everyday activities feel easier and more comfortable.
