A Saturday morning just for you...
A 2 hour yoga class which focuses on wholesome yoga poses that nourish your whole body.
We will explore a variety of yoga movements that will help improve the function of your whole body, increasing joint mobility, building strength and releasing tension in the body and the mind.
During the 2 hours we will move in a variety of ways using the principles of yoga to benefit your whole being. There will be flowing sequences, moments of stillness and plenty of time to restore with a long relaxation.
