Would you like to feel a bit stronger, improve your mobility and find some balance?
I offer yoga classes in Nottingham that blend the traditional practice of physical yoga with the science of movement
Description
I'm sharing my full body approach to pelvic floor rehab in this 2 hour yoga and movement worksop.
I will share with you the top 10 exercises you should practice daily, guide you through my specially adapt sun salutations and teach you correct breathing techniques.
If you're recently post natal, have never had a baby or had a baby ages ago - this is for you! It's for anyone who is suffering with pelvic floor issues such as pain, prolapse, leaking or urgency.
We will explore a variety of yoga movements that will help improve the function of your whole body, increasing joint mobility, building strength and releasing tension in the body and the mind.
During the 2 hours we will move in a variety of ways using the principles of yoga to benefit your whole being. There will be flowing sequences, moments of stillness and plenty of time to restore with a long relaxation.
