Description
This is a practice for beginners in Iyengar Yoga. Come wearing comfortable clothes and shorts that go above the knee, or tight leggings. Do not eat or drink for 2 hours before the class. All props are provided. Email Jess at clearyogarhinebeck@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns regarding injuries and conditions that may affect your practicing yoga.

Students must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to take in-studio classes at this time. For beginner students in Iyengar Yoga. The basic alignment of standing poses, forward bends, seated poses and arm positions will be taught. Iyengar yoga brings strength and flexibility quickly and can help with chronic pain.

Be sure to complete your booking. You will receive a REMINDER one day before your scheduled class. If you DO NOT receive this, you are not booked into the class and will need to rebook.
