Description

This class builds physical and mental strength. This level includes standing poses as a perparation for sirsasana (headstand) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand. You may use studio props, or bring your own. If you are bringing your own props, please include 3-4 blankets, a mat, 2 blocks, a bolster, belt. Please arrive no less than 5 minutes prior to class starting.

Be sure to complete your booking. You will receive a REMINDER one day before your scheduled class. If you DO NOT receive this, you are not booked into the class and will need to rebook.
