Understanding the balancing forces of strength and mobility of the shoulder girdle is key to avoiding and dealing with shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder, and injuries to the shoulder joint. One year of Iyengar Yoga experience required. Please have props available: mat, belt, blocks, chair, bolster and blankets.
