This week, class takes place at the Stevenson Gymnasium, Bard College, Annandale. Parking is available on Annandale Road. You will need to bring props.

Basic knowledge of standing poses, inversions (headstand and shoulderstand) and also preliminary back bends is required. There will be modifications for injuries and other conditions.
