This class takes place this week at the Stevenson Athletics Center at Bard College, Annandale on Hudson.
Please bring your own mat.

Basic knowledge of standing poses, inversions (headstand and shoulderstand) and also preliminary back bends is required. There will be modifications for injuries and other conditions.
