This is our ANNUAL GIVING TUESDAY CLASS. Proceeds from this class will be donated to the "Family of Woodstock Foundation" in Kingston New York.

This level class is designed to teach basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, and headstand and shoulderstand.
