Description

An Iyengar Yoga class for basics and beginners. This level builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Modifications are given for injuries and conditions. Students must have 3 blankets, a mat, 2 blocks, a belt, a bolster and a chair. If you don't have exact props, use something in your home that will approximate these props.
