BKS Iyengar said that, as we age, we will do more back bends. The family of back bending postures begins with standing poses and slowly strengthens the spine through supine and supported back bends to eventually practice them without support. Join me for this 2.5 hour workshop where we will bring awareness to the back body to help keep our heart and mind open. Level 1/2 and up. Inversions will be practiced.
