A weekly class of restorative poses and the subtle and profound art of breath awareness and breath practices. A 5 - 10 minute of daily practice of pranayama is expected for the benefits of this work.

This is a teaching class for CIYTs and teachers in training for Iyengar Yoga certification. The class requires homework and an in depth study of postures for the purposes of clear teaching.
