Description
Please join us for a 50 min class starting with a yoga warmup; with a focus on warming up the joints and muscles before putting in the work of lifting kettlebells, cool down and final relaxation. No kettlebell experience is required, we always give options or alternatives in each class. We have as light as 8 lb kettlebells to use during class, but you can also opt to use a lighter dumbbell also. Your yoga is your own experience, we love when people just show up to the mat and start moving their bodies and calming their minds.
