Get ready for a full body workout. New studies show weight training is the number one exercise recommended for all ages. So let me introduce to you, the two best workouts in one class. Yoga and weight lifting. We will warm up using our yoga warm ups, then transition to lifting kettlebells, the cool down with our yoga stretching, ending in final Shavasana. Remember there is always an option to not use the weights and yogis will still get a great workout. No weight lifting or yoga experience needed, newbies welcome.
