Description
Introducing a class that I have never seen or heard of but a way I want to workout and hope others do too! We will start with yoga warm up, then rotate through 8 circuit stations completing each station for 90 seconds. After 4 stations will break back to our yoga mat for our sun salutations, finish the last 4 stations. After all stations area complete we will stretch out and finish with final relaxation.
