Description
Please join us for a fun filled 35 minutes of warm up, movement, breathing, and relaxation. This class is beneficial for kids emotional control, body awareness, flexibility, strength and balance. Kids class will be interactive and play based. Kids will be encouraged to laugh and also be asked to quiet our minds and bodies, this is the best of both worlds. Recommended for kids age 5-12 years old.
